Farmer harvesting coffee at the farm
Farmer after harvesting coffee, delivers the coffee to ndaroini coffee factory where its sorted.
The coffee is weighed using a digital scale and farmer issued with a receipt.
The coffee is then subjected to pulping at ndaroini coffee factory.
The coffee is then allowed to undergo fermentation.
The coffee is washed with clean water and graded in to either grade P1,P2,P3 or P Light.
The coffee is dried under the sun. The drying should be up to a moisture content of 10.5.
The Ndaroini coffee is citified by Rain Forest and Café practices.
